She knows the knobs well now, 1- 10 for mixing speed, higher number indicates faster speed.
I put butter and sugar in the mixing bowl and tell her 2 !
Then increase speed to 6 !
Reduce to 2 again! or whatever. . . .
She follows my instructions diligently and while I'm busy with other stuff (taking pictures :D ), she'll watch the mixing.
