Peanut Butter has no "Butter"

Despite it's name, peanut butter has no 'butter' as in dairy butter."Butter" basically means any form of oil that remains nearly solid at ordinary temparatures, ie, cocoa butter, almond butter, shea butter and peanut butter.

That means Amber can take peanut butter, one of her favourite snack.









I can't wait to make peanut butter sandwich but first, I have to get some allergy free cookies first !
