Tangkak Beef Noodles

We discovered a new makan place in town, Restoran Tangkak Beef Noodles at Jalan Imbi. This quaint shop was open only a couple of months ago. Quite easy to locate, directly opposite Overseas Jalan Imbi. Parking is a bit pricey , RM4 per entry and open car park behind the row of shops at the recently demolished Golden Dragonboat Restaurant (relocated to Jalan Kampung Pandan)

The noodles comes in 2 sizes, RM8.90 for small and RM11.90 for large. Not cheap for coffee shop standard but maybe one of the cheaper choices along Jalan Imbi !!
What makes the noodle special is the ever so tasty and fragrant broth, very 'yau mei' and 'kah heong' style.

I had the beef & stomach (brisket). They added some salty mustard vege or harm choy as garnishing and this adds a very tasty bite to the noodle.

They have a couple of outlets at JB and Malacca but only 1 in KL. According to the proprietor, it is difficult to source fresh beef locally. They could only source enough supply for 1 outlet.
